Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Executive to help build our organic growth and lead generation strategy. You will be responsible for building a multi-channel pipeline through content, SEO, and proactive outbound outreach. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage the company’s digital footprint and execute highly targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns to drive business growth.
CTC: 3-5LPA
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising)
● Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
● Handle social media platforms including content planning, posting, and engagement
● Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking
● Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
● Create and manage email marketing campaigns
● Coordinate with designers and content writers for marketing creatives
● Analyze trends and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies
● Generate leads and support business growth initiatives
Required Skills & Expertise
● Outbound Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
● Platform Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
● Good knowledge of content marketing and campaign execution
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and coordination abilities
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
● International B2B: Experience in IT services, B2B lead generation, or targeting international markets.
● Certifications: Google Ads or Meta Certification is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Pipeline Volume: Total number of qualified leads generated through email, LinkedIn, and organic channels.
● Email Engagement: Open rates, click-through rates, and reply rates from outbound campaigns.
● Lead Quality: Percentage of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that transition to sales opportunities.
● Cost Efficiency: Maintaining an optimal CPL during active paid media periods.
