Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in the Pune Division. The Digital Marketing Executive will create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns with a focus on social media platforms and web content. They will analyze web analytics, ensure effective communication strategies, and develop creative approaches to increase online engagement and brand visibility. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, crafting compelling content, tracking campaign performance, and identifying areas for strategic improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow GIBF’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Create and execute organic digital marketing campaigns
- Develop engaging social media and web content
- Handle WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and CRM tools
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
- Support SEO and online visibility strategies
- Respond to audience queries and improve engagement
- Assist with paid promotions when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Good knowledge of social media marketing, content writing, CRM, SEO, and web analytics
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Experience in corporate, business chamber, or international network environments is a plus
- CTC / Package: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA
