About Gajahasta
Gajahasta is a premium makeup institute in Bangalore. We run weekend workshops on self-grooming and makeup for working professionals — and we're looking for someone to own our growth.
What you'll own
— Plan and run Instagram ad campaigns to drive leads for weekend workshops
— Follow up with every lead over WhatsApp/DM and convert them into confirmed bookings
— Hit a weekly conversion target — this is a results-driven role
— Create or brief ad creatives that speak to our audience
— Track what's working and kill what isn't, fast
What we're looking for
— 1 to 2 years running Meta/Instagram ad campaigns
— Comfortable talking to leads and closing — not just setting up campaigns and disappearing
— Good written communication in English and Hindi/Kannada
— Bonus: experience with a beauty, lifestyle, or education brand
What this is not
This is not a "post on social media and see what happens" role. We need someone who is accountable for actual bookings, not impressions.
Compensation
— Fixed: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000/month depending on experience
— Incentive: ₹300 per confirmed workshop booking — no cap
