Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Manage and execute daily content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Plan and implement monthly content calendar
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories related to products, recipes, and promotions
• Handle comments, messages, and customer interactions
2. Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
• Generate leads for distributors, restaurants, and retail clients
3. Lead Generation (B2B Focus)
• Generate leads through digital platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and trade portals
• Target HoReCa clients, distributors, and retail chains
• Maintain and update lead database and follow-ups
4. Content Creation & Coordination
• Design creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Assist in product shoots, reels, and food photography
• Create promotional content, catalogues, and campaign creatives
5. Website & SEO Management
• Update website content and product pages
• Implement basic SEO practices to improve organic visibility
• Write blogs and optimize content for search engines
6. E-commerce & Marketplace Management
• Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart
• Monitor pricing, offers, and customer reviews
• Ensure accurate and attractive product representation
7. Influencer Marketing
• Identify and coordinate with food influencers and bloggers
• Execute collaboration campaigns and track performance
8. Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance metrics such as leads, engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Suggest improvements based on data insights
Skills & Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience
• Experience in FMCG, food, or frozen products industry
• Exposure to B2B lead generation and HoReCa segment
• Experience in influencer marketing
