Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive (Full-Time, In-Person – Chennai - Fresher)
FinTrainers is looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our team full-time in Chennai.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating short-form educational and finance-related content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
What You’ll Do
- Create reels and shorts for social media platforms
- Design posts, thumbnails, and creatives using tools like Canva
- Edit short-form videos for engagement and retention
- Work with faculty/team to convert educational concepts into social media content
- Assist in content planning and social media execution
- Maintain posting consistency across platforms
Skills We’re Looking For
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills
- Familiarity with Canva and social media content formats
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content
- Good communication and creativity
- Ability to work independently and execute quickly
Bonus If You Have
- Experience handling educational or finance-related content
- Knowledge of tools like Filmora, Canva, Premiere Pro etc
- Interest in finance, investing, CFA, FRM, or business content
