DM Executive - Spot Giraffe
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Executive – Digital Marketing & Operations who will play a key role in scaling SpotGiraffe’s digital presence and supporting core operational activities.
This is a hybrid role (70% Digital Marketing | 30% Operations) requiring both creative and process-oriented thinking.
Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and schedule content (posts, reels, creatives, campaigns)
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate reports
- Coordinate with design/content teams for branding consistency
- Identify trends and implement growth strategies for lead generation
- Manage website updates and ensure proper functioning (basic testing & improvements)
B. Operations
- Conduct employer outreach and relationship building (calls, follow-ups)
- Handle job requirement collection and listing on SpotGiraffe
- Coordinate with employers for paid hiring opportunities
- Perform resume screening and shortlisting for relevant roles
- Maintain and update candidate and employer databases
- Support interview coordination and feedback tracking
- Ensure timely follow-ups with employers and candidates
- Alumni engagement
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads)
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Good communication skills for employer interactions and calls
- Ability to multitask between marketing and operations
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, CRM tools is a plus
- Self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Freshers with strong practical exposure can also apply
- Min 0-1 years experience.
