About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive specializing in SEO, automation, and analytics to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving organic growth, enhancing website performance, and generating high-quality leads for our IT services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advanced SEO strategies, automation tools, and data analytics platforms. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and other marketing professionals to develop and execute strategies that improve search engine rankings, streamline SEO workflows, and provide actionable insights through data analysis. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, automation, and analytics. A comprehensive understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO is essential, along with hands-on experience using SEO automation tools and workflows. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog is required. Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the IT services sector, is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, your core responsibilities will include managing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic. You will perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization. Supporting paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads will involve monitoring performance metrics and suggesting optimizations to maximize ROI. Collaboration with content writers, graphic designers, and other team members is essential to ensure SEO strategies align with content and design execution. Additionally, staying updated with search engine algorithm changes and adapting strategies accordingly will be vital to maintaining and improving our search visibility.
