We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Manage and grow social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
Create compelling content for blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media platforms
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools
Manage email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and landing page improvements
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on all campaigns Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media marketing
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (WordPress, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
Experience with video marketing and multimedia content creation
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing processes
