As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create strategies that align with our business goals and drive measurable results. Your role will involve optimizing our digital footprint through data-driven decision-making, creative content creation, and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Content Creation: Craft engaging content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights. Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per click (PPC) campaigns to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track social media metrics.
• Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing strategies, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated workflows. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviors. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Experience with [specific tools or platforms] preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar. • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or any other designing tool.
