What you'll own:
▸ Meta Ads — end-to-end campaign management, creative testing, retargeting, LAL audiences, budget optimisation
▸ Google Ads — Shopping campaigns, Search, Performance Max, GMC feed management
▸ SEO — on-page, product & collection pages, technical basics, content
▸ Analytics — GA4, Shopify reports, weekly performance reviews
You're the right fit if you:
▸ Have 3+ years running paid performance campaigns independently
▸ Know Meta Ads Manager inside out — campaign structure, CPP, ROAS, creative fatigue
▸ Have set up and managed Google Shopping / GMC before
▸ Can read data and make decisions without being told what to do
▸ Have worked with a D2C brand (fashion, athleisure, or lifestyle preferred)
