Position Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who brings a perfect blend of performance-driven execution and strategic thinking. This role is for someone who understands the science behind campaigns and the art of scaling them.
You will lead digital marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels, optimize performance through data insights, and manage a team to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
🚀 Campaign Strategy & Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, optimization, and scaling.
- Drive performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
📊 Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate actionable insights and continuously refine campaigns for better ROI.
- Build dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for internal and client stakeholders.
🔍 SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
🧠 Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives
- Design integrated digital strategies combining paid, organic, and content efforts.
- Identify new channels, tools, and growth opportunities.
- Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and client goals.
👥 Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, SEO specialists, and executives.
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality output.
- Work closely with creative, content, and development teams to execute campaigns effectively.
⚙️ Budgeting & Resource Management
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Allocate resources across channels based on performance and business priorities.
- Ensure cost efficiency and scalability of campaigns.
🔍 Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and brand guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy in tracking, tagging, and reporting.
- Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to stay ahead.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with keyword research tools, reporting dashboards, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proven experience in team handling and project management.
