About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. If you're someone who enjoys creating impactful digital campaigns, analyzing performance, managing social media, and working with international clients, we'd love to hear from you.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse digital marketing projects while collaborating with creative, content, and development teams to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content strategies that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Drive lead generation by optimizing campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and overall performance.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and developers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients, understand business objectives, present campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Monitor website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Familiarity with Canva, CRM tools, email marketing, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
