Role Description
Social Media & Content
• Assist in planning and maintaining the social media calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X — help keep posting consistent and on schedule
• Assist with shooting and basic editing of short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn video)
• Design social posts, banners, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
• Contribute original ideas for content formats, hooks, and campaigns alongside the team
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to speed up content creation, copywriting, and research
SEO & Website
• Conduct keyword research and support on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking)
• Assist with content audits and website updates to improve organic visibility
• Monitor site performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Paid & Performance Marketing
• Support the setup and monitoring of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Test creative and targeting variations, track what works, and optimise spend accordingly
Analytics & Reporting
• Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, reach, conversions) across all channels
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Keep an eye on competitors, industry trends, and content gaps to spot growth opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (final-year students welcome to apply)
• Digital Marketing course certification is mandatory (e.g., Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot, or any recognised institute)
• 3–6 months of hands-on digital marketing experience (internships count)
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and core digital marketing concepts (social, ads, content)
• Proficiency in Canva; comfort shooting/editing short-form video is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and at least one paid ads platform (Meta/Google)
• Strong written communication and creative thinking skills
• Comfortable using AI tools for content, research, and productivity
• Proactive mindset — comfortable taking initiative and working independently under guidance in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools
• Exposure to B2B marketing, lead generation, or content writing
• Basic Photoshop or other design/editing tool experience
• A portfolio or examples of past social/content work (even personal projects)
