Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute online marketing activities to promote CodeTalon Academy’s courses and brand presence. This full-time, on-site role in Tiruchirappalli involves planning and implementing digital campaigns, creating and optimizing content for social media and the web, and monitoring campaign performance. The role includes coordinating with academic and sales teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals, engaging with prospects across digital channels, and maintaining consistent, brand-aligned messaging. The Digital Marketing Executive will also analyze audience behavior and campaign data to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute digital campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Web Content Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Prior experience in education, training, or IT services marketing is an advantage.
