Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in running ROI-focused campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in B2B lead generation for service-based IT offerings such as Website & Mobile App Development, as well as ERP and CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Retargeting)
LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms)
Generate high-quality B2B leads from industries including manufacturing, corporate, tech startups, and service-based businesses.
Build ad strategies to promote website development, mobile app development, ERP implementation, and CRM solutions.
Set up proper campaign tracking through UTM parameters, conversion goals, and remarketing pixels.
Analyze campaign performance and improve CTR, CPL, and ROI through A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Create campaign briefs and work with content/design teams to produce high- converting creatives and landing pages.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Stay updated with ad platform changes, bidding strategies, and audience targeting techniques.
Required Skills
Proven experience in running successful performance campaigns for IT services (especially web/app development, ERP & CRM services).
Hands-on expertise with:
Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Video)
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong understanding of B2B targeting, lead generation, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
Ability to work independently and meet lead targets with clear ROI reporting.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
