Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to enhance CHIK’s digital presence. Responsibilities include managing social media content, analyzing web metrics, optimizing digital campaigns, creating engaging web content, and collaborating with the communication and marketing teams to align brand messaging. This position plays a vital role in strengthening our connection with the community and optimizing patient engagement through digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Marketing and Communication skills to craft compelling campaigns and effectively convey CHIK’s values and mission
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for managing and implementing strategic online presence
- Experience in Web Content Writing to produce engaging and accurate digital material for platforms and campaigns
- Knowledge of Web Analytics to monitor and optimize campaign performance, user engagement, and website traffic
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare sector or a similar field is an advantage
