BTEC Universities is a UAE-based international student recruitment consultancy with authorized partnerships across the UK, Europe, and Australia. We're expanding into India with a dedicated Kochi team and we need a marketer who understands the Kerala student market.
The role
You will own digital marketing for our India operations from WhatsApp campaigns and email sequences to Instagram reels and Meta ads. You'll work closely with the Director and the student counselling team to generate and nurture leads.
What you'll do
• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns targeting Kerala students and parents
• Create content for Instagram reels, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp broadcasts
• Manage email marketing campaigns via MailerLite or equivalent
• Run keyword-triggered WhatsApp outreach via Wati or similar tools
• Track campaign performance and optimize for lead quality
• Coordinate with the UAE team for brand consistency
What we're looking for
• 2–3 years in digital marketing, preferably in ed-tech, coaching, or study abroad
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager
• Able to create short-form video content (Reels) independently
• Comfortable writing in both English and Malayalam
• Experience with email marketing tools (MailerLite, Mailchimp)
• Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing tools (Wati, AiSensy)
