About the role
You'll own the digital marketing for multiple client accounts at once — planning, running and optimising campaigns end to end. This is hands-on execution, not oversight: you'll be inside the ad accounts daily, watching what's working, and making the calls.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta — setup, targeting, budgets, bid strategy, optimisation
- Running SEO for client websites: on-page, technical basics, keyword research, content briefs, tracking rankings
- Managing social media across client accounts — calendars, coordination with design, community management
- Reporting on performance and translating numbers into what to do next
- Working directly with founder and with our design, content and tech teams
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, agency side preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Search Console
- Comfortable managing several accounts and deadlines at the same time
- Can read a dashboard and explain what it means in plain language
- Based in or willing to relocate to Faridabad
