Role Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. Responsibilities include planning and running social media campaigns, coordinating content creation for web and social channels, and optimizing digital touchpoints based on performance data. The role involves monitoring web analytics, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with designers, developers, and content writers to maintain consistent branding and messaging. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry, India.
Qualifications
- Strong Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing online campaigns.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform optimization.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to create concise, persuasive, and brand-aligned digital content.
- Knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and inform data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, online advertising platforms, and basic design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have
- Experience managing client accounts or agency projects.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic creative tools.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile.
