Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and lead generation, preferably within a service based or consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive leads and conversions
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL)
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research and competitor analysis
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights
Design and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to enhance lead quality and conversion rates Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure effective lead tracking and nurturing
Support website and basic e-commerce activities (Shopify/WooCommerce) and collaborate with developers for updates
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation for consultancy, startup, or B2B services
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Understanding of the startup ecosystem and MSME sector
