We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive who can manage social media growth, content, and marketing initiatives for multiple clients while staying on top of global trends.
Role Overview
We are seeking an all-round Digital Marketing Executive who understands social media culture, marketing trends, and organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple clients, and contributing creative ideas regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, marketing news, and platform updates.
- Research and develop content ideas and strategies for different brands and industries.
- Manage and work across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Execute daily organic growth activities on social media including engagement, interaction, and audience building. (Non-negotiable)
- Write clear, engaging captions, post scripts, and social media copy in strong English. (Non-negotiable)
- Schedule and publish posts regularly across multiple social media platforms. (Non-negotiable)
- Use AI tools to support productivity and creativity while maintaining independent thinking and originality.
- Monitor brand trends, especially from Australian, UK & US markets, and apply relevant insights to client content.
- Support SEO activities, including basic keyword research and off-page optimisation.
- Assist with blog content planning and creation.
- Continuously learn new marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience as a Digital Marketer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in an agency environment.
- Creativity and initiative in proposing new content ideas and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Familiarity with SEO Tools like - Ahref, SEMrush & Google Analytics.
- Understanding of Western pop culture, brand marketing trends, and digital content formats.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new platforms and technologies.
- Ability to take feedback positively and implement changes quickly
