REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
POSITION REPORTS TO: CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER (CBO) – DIRECT AND DIGITAL
DEPARTMENT: SALES
POSITION LOCATION: HYDERABAD
POSITION SUMMARY
• Plan and execute performance campaigns on Whatsapp, SMS, Google RCS including
keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
• Also, explore Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for business loan leads, brand
awareness marketing
• Experience in content generation using Generative AI and Media assets
• Manage ValueFirst or equivalent platform for SMS/Whatsapp automation for lead
nurturing in compliance with TRAI/RBI rules, and personalized/Customized follow-ups to
boost conversions.
• Analyze performance and optimize for metrics like CPL, ROAS, and track pixel events for
loan applications.
• Create content for social media, landing pages, and emails highlighting loan benefits like
low rates and quick disbursal.
• Achieve Monthly lead targets (e.g., 5000+ qualified leads), and report to HEAD of DIGITAL
MARKETING.
EDUCATINAL QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Required Qualifications:
• Executive: Bachelor’s in marketing/business; 1-3 years in digital marketing, preferably
fintech/NBFC loans.
• Assistant Manager: 3-5 years’ experience; proven expertise managing ₹5-10L monthly ad
budgets.
• Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint; hands-on with Value First or similar OTP/CRM
tools.
Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search/Display), and Value First for bulk
messaging.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization; knowledge of financial regulations and
SEO basics.
Excellent English/Hindi communication; creative for ad creatives targeting Indian businesses
