Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Ads)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Paid Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to drive leads, conversions, and ROAS for our clients and internal verticals (Staffing + EdTech).
Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide insights/recommendations
Digital Marketing
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
- Manage social media ads, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences
- Coordinate with content/design team for ad creatives, video ads, and copy
- Track and report on KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager for tracking and reporting
- Set up conversion tracking, pixel events, UTM parameters
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify trends and optimize campaigns for better performance
Additional Tasks
- Stay updated with latest Meta Ads policies, Google Ads updates, and digital marketing trends
- Collaborate with sales/operations team to align campaigns with business goals
- Test new ad formats (Reels ads, Stories ads, Carousel ads)
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–4 years in Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in Paid Ads & Meta Ads
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Skills Required:
- Expert in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Hands-on with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences
- Good knowledge of copywriting, ad creatives, landing page optimization
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, UnifyCRM) is a plus
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication, ability to work under deadlines
- Freshers with strong portfolio (internship projects/certifications) may also apply
