Job Overview
Arbor Academy is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote our training programs and placement services across multiple online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Generate and nurture quality leads through digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, posters, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and lead quality.
• Conduct keyword research and basic SEO activities to improve website traffic.
• Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize strategies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Digital Marketing Certification is preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Preferred Skills
• Experience in Education or Training Industry Marketing
• Knowledge of Lead Generation Campaigns
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools
