Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on social media marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience across major digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to improve engagement and reach
- Plan and manage paid campaigns (PPC/social ads) to drive traffic and conversions
- Handle lead generation and audience targeting through digital channels
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams for branding, content, and campaign alignment
- Support SEO and email marketing initiatives when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
- Excellent content creation and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
