About Amodha Infra Amodha Infra is a premium gated community and villa plot developer in Hyderabad with 16 years of experience and 8 successfully completed projects. We are growing fast and building our in-house marketing team.
Role We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own our paid ads, social media, and lead pipeline end to end. You will work directly with the Founder.
What you will do
- Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns — create, monitor, pause underperforming ads
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Route every lead to telecaller within 15 minutes of receiving
- Maintain clean Excel tracker of all leads — source, status, outcome
- Monitor and report CPL, CTR, ROAS, Frequency weekly
- Post content created by video editor on Instagram and YouTube
- Manage Google My Business — respond to reviews, post photos, update info
- Update website with progress photos and videos
- Write basic website content using AI tools
- Coordinate with web agency for website fixes
- Share a short performance report every Friday with the Founder
What we are looking for
- 2–4 years hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Must have independently managed campaigns — not just assisted
- Can show real numbers — CPL, ROAS, budget managed
- Comfortable doing both execution and reporting
- Proficient in Excel
- Good written English
- Based in Hyderabad, can commute to Kondapur daily
