Marketing Executive (Personal Branding & Social Media)

Location: Surat (In-Office) | Type: Full-time

We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to build, manage, and scale the personal and business brands for Reformiqo and 11:Eleven. Focusing primarily on Instagram and LinkedIn, you will take complete ownership of our social media presence from high-level strategy and storytelling to daily execution and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Storytelling: Define brand positioning and messaging. Develop monthly content calendars, write high-performing reel scripts, and craft engaging hooks that build authority and audience trust.
- Content Creation & Production: Plan, direct, and execute content shoots. Handle mobile video recording, product styling and shooting, basic video editing (hooks, motion text, subtitles), and design social creatives like carousels.
- Platform Management: Own the day-to-day operations across Instagram and LinkedIn. Schedule posts, upload daily stories, ensure consistent brand aesthetics, and drive community interaction.
- Growth & Optimization: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, growth). Identify winning content formats and continuously refine the strategy based on data-driven insights. You own the social media strategy and the results.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has 2–4 years of experience in social media management with a strong track record of Instagram and LinkedIn growth.
- Possesses a deep understanding of personal branding and short-form storytelling.
- Is hands-on with mobile shooting, basic video editing, and simple graphic design.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes proactive ownership rather than waiting for handholding.
