Job Overview:We are looking for a performance-driven SEO & Social Media Executive with 3+ years of hands-on experience in improving website rankings, managing social media platforms, and driving organic growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, content marketing, and social media engagement.
SEO Responsibilities:- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines (On-page SEO)
- Handle off-page SEO activities including link building, directory submissions, and outreach
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation
- Improve website rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
- Track and report SEO performance metrics regularly
Social Media Responsibilities:- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Create engaging posts, captions, and hashtags aligned with brand voice
- Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for lead generation and awareness
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Engage with audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
- Content writing and optimization skills
- Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Certifications in SEO/Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in healthcare/agency industry is a plus
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Job Timing : 10am to 6pm
