Role Overview
We are looking for a curious and enthusiastic digital marketer who is deeply interested in understanding consumer psychology, brand behavior, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast by working on real brand challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Support social media strategy and content planning
- Analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Work closely with the team on brand positioning and messaging
- Understand audience behavior and contribute ideas to improve engagement and conversions
What We’re Looking For
- 0.6–1 year experience in digital marketing (internships included)
- Strong interest in consumer psychology and brand strategy
- Basic understanding of:
- Paid ads (Meta / Google)
- Social media platforms
- Funnels, conversions, and performance metrics
- Ability to think beyond execution and connect marketing with human behavior
- Good communication and willingness to learn fast
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Hands-on experience running small campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager
- Exposure to D2C or performance marketing environments
