Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media & Growth (2–4 years experience) who can take ownership of our digital presence and drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end social media, creating engaging content, running campaigns, and generating qualified leads through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create engaging content including posts, creatives, captions, and short-form videos
- Develop and edit videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Maintain content calendar, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
- Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to optimize performance
- Run and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform algorithms
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and brand consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Experience with video creation/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth strategies
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation
- Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions)
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
- Experience in B2B marketing (especially LinkedIn growth)
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Graphic design skills and visual storytelling ability
