Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Event Systems Associate to own the operational reliability of our digital ecosystem across websites, analytics, ads, event platforms, and data flows. You will be responsible for ensuring that websites are always accurate, systems function reliably, tracking is robust, data is clean, and every digital touchpoint effectively supports sales, marketing, and event delivery. This is a high-responsibility, execution-heavy role that requires precision, ownership, and strong follow-through. Accuracy and operational reliability are critical to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of all company and event websites
• Conduct regular website health checks covering performance, responsiveness, forms, links, and overall functionality • Update and manage website content including agendas, speakers, statistics, articles, podcasts, and event pages
• Manage analytics, tracking, and technical infrastructure across platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, conversion tracking, pixels, etc.)
• Ensure SEO hygiene, correct indexing, page-speed optimisation, and accurate preview rendering across channels
• Support content and marketing teams with landing pages, publishing workflows, and campaign setup
• Create and manage forms for registrations, questionnaires, and structured data collection
• Maintain clean, accurate attendee and stakeholder data across event operations and internal systems
• Support ad performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation • Social media posting after coordination with the content strategy team
• Own event technology platforms and act as the primary point of contact for external tech partners
• Quality-check all digital and print event collaterals prior to release • Coordinate post-event reporting, documentation, and asset archiving
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
• Solid understanding of websites, CMS platforms, analytics, tracking, SEO, and digital advertising workflows
• Ability to perform reliably under pressure, particularly during live event cycles
• Highly orgaised, process-driven, and accountable working style
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and drives resolution
• Prior experience in digital operations, marketing technology, or event systems is strongly preferred.
One thing to know: When our systems run smoothly, nobody notices, and when they don’t, everything stops.
We’re therefore looking for someone who masters the backend with precision and ensures complex sysems run flawlessly.
