Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Digital Marketing Director based in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing e-commerce initiatives, and driving lead generation through diverse channels. The role includes analyzing web analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and improve digital engagement. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Strategy development and execution
- Experience in Marketing and E-Commerce platforms
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation techniques and tools
- Skilled in Web Analytics and using metrics to optimize marketing campaigns
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
- Strong knowledge of tools and technologies used in the digital marketing ecosystem
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven ability to grow digital presence and ROI in a high-paced environment
