Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and
drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital
campaigns, social media management, content creation, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the company's social media platforms and content calendar.
• Coordinate with advertising and creative agencies for campaign execution.
• Review and approve digital creatives and marketing content.
• Monitor campaign performance and share reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Manage social media engagement and customer interactions.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots and marketing events.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, monitor website performance using SEO tools, and prepare regular performance reports.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Completion of a Digital Marketing course or certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field.
• Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, and email marketing tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
