About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and copywriting. Proficiency in HubSpot for creating, scheduling, and managing email campaigns is essential. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Canva for visual content creation, and Google Ads for paid media support is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving digital trends are highly valued.
Responsibilities
Design and execute high-volume email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring precise formatting, compelling subject lines, relevant links, and effective calls to action. Support audience segmentation and list management to target the right demographics effectively. Manage campaign timelines to ensure timely deployment and monitor performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Create and schedule engaging organic social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Maintain consistency with brand voice and campaign objectives while adapting messaging to suit each platform. Develop and manage social media content calendars to ensure a steady flow of relevant content that maximizes audience engagement.
Assist in paid media initiatives by preparing ad copy, visuals, and campaign assets aligned with marketing goals. Collaborate with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure all creative elements are accurate, on-brand, and ready for deployment. Support the organization of creative assets and monitor campaign performance to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
Collaborate with team members to report on campaign results, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements. Maintain organized records of all digital marketing activities and ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
