🚀 We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & Content Executive | Uplatz
Uplatz is a global technology training and AI platform. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Executive who can create content, run ads, and help convert leads into customers.
This is a practical, execution-focused role — you will be doing the work, not just planning.
🎯 Role Overview
You will work on content creation, campaigns, and lead conversion through retargeting and follow-ups. You will work closely with the founder and tech team.
📱 Content Creation
• Create daily content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Make Reels, Shorts, posts, carousels
• Design using Canva
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for faster content creation
• Experiment with hooks and formats to grow reach
🎯 Ads & Campaigns
• Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage basic Google Ads
• Create ad creatives and write simple ad copy
• Monitor performance and improve results
🔁 Retargeting & Lead Follow-ups
• Run retargeting ads (for interested users)
• Support follow-ups via Email / WhatsApp / CRM
• Help improve lead to customer conversion
✅ Skills Required
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
• Experience with Meta Ads (important)
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads
• Content creation skills (design + video)
• Canva and video editing (CapCut)
• Basic copywriting (captions, ads)
• Understanding of retargeting and follow-ups
• Familiar with AI tools
