Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rai Industrial Area. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
This role is for a person who is in the early stages of their career and is looking for a high-growth opportunity, and is willing to learn through and during the job.

1. Website Design Coordination
• Ensure proper layout, design consistency, and user-friendly navigation across the website.
• Coordinate for uploading company updates and announcements on the website.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues or implement design improvements.
• Preferred having knowledge of designing the UI/UX of a website.
2. Promotional Messages Handling
• Prepare promotional and marketing messages for company services.
• Should have knowledge of Whatsapp marketing and how to prepare clickbait ads.
• Maintain records of promotional campaigns and response rates.
• Should be good at using AI Chatbots effectively.
3. Ads Designing
• Design creative advertisements for company promotions.
• Create visual creatives for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
• Design banners, posters, and digital creatives using design tools.
• Modify creatives based on feedback and campaign performance.
• Maintain an organized library of advertisement designs and marketing creatives.
4. LinkedIn Marketing
• Manage and regularly update the company and Founder’s LinkedIn page.
• Prepare Content for the LinkedIn pages.
• Connect with HR professionals, business owners, and potential clients on LinkedIn.
• Participate in LinkedIn groups for networking and lead generation.
5. Instagram Marketing
• Manage and update the company’s Instagram account regularly.
• Have the ability to think of creative and regular content for a B2B brand to educate the target market.
• Design and upload reels, stories, and promotional content to increase reach.
• Write 'Digital Marketing' as the subject when you send an email to apply.
• Use relevant hashtags to improve content visibility.
• Respond to direct messages and comments from followers.
• Monitor Instagram insights such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Remain updated and keep track of new AI Developments in the digital marketing space.
