About 26 Miles Capital:
26 Miles Capital is a scalable, adaptive platform purpose-built for modern markets.
Over the past few years, we have focused on building the hard infrastructure of quant from the ground up- a fully proprietary platform spanning research, execution, risk, and monitoring systems, now operating seamlessly across multiple global exchanges and geographies.
The platform is already managing institutional capital, reflecting strong confidence in its risk discipline and execution capabilities. At scale, this evolves into a unified alpha engine- designed to power multiple regulated products across investor segments and positioned to compound alongside the next decade of alternatives growth.
Location: Gurugram; in-office access required for founder and investment-team working sessions
Reports To: Founder/CEO; works closely with Capital Formation, Investment and Compliance
Experience: 2-5 years
Role Overview
Own the digital-marketing engine for Twenty Six Miles Capital, with LinkedIn as the primary channel. Build a relevant institutional audience, turn original investment thinking into credible content, distribute it deliberately, generate qualified commercial interest and measure its contribution to the sales funnel. Personally create strong content while coordinating PR specialists and channel partners; this is a marketing role with content capability, not a pure editorial role.
Core Responsibilities
Create the digital-marketing strategy, quarterly campaign plan and measurable channel targets, with LinkedIn as the primary organic and selective paid channel.
- Run a structured weekly working session with the Founder and maintain an approved campaign and content backlog tied to buyer priorities.
- Personally write and publish high-quality founder and company LinkedIn content on quant investing, market microstructure, GIFT City and building a global systematic manager from India.
- Own distribution beyond publishing: build relevant allocator and partner audiences, engage target accounts, test formats and timing, and use selective paid LinkedIn experiments where commercially justified.
- Interview researchers and business leaders, simplifying complex ideas without revealing proprietary signals or making unsupported performance claims.
- Create campaign assets including long-form notes, charts, investor explainers, case studies, landing pages, website copy, presentation language and milestone announcements.
- Build an evidence library of approved facts, biographies, product descriptions, milestones, disclosures and proof points.
- Own lead capture, source attribution and CRM hand-offs with the Capital Formation Lead; report on audience quality, website traffic, qualified inbound and sales-stage influence.
- Act as the internal liaison for specialist PR agencies and financial media: identify genuine news moments and own briefs, facts, messaging, approvals, outreach coordination and outcome reviews.
- Build co-marketing relationships with exchanges, brokers, conference organisers, industry associations, distributors, podcasts and other relevant channel partners.
- Manage designers, freelancers and agencies against clear briefs, brand standards, compliance requirements, deadlines and measurable campaign outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive fixed annual compensation aligned with industry benchmarks, along with eligibility for ESOP participation.
- Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage to support employee well-being and productivity.
- Work-Life Balance: 35+ paid leave days annually to ensure a healthy and sustainable work routine.
- Daily Perks: Complimentary meals provided throughout the day — from breakfast to dinner.
