Digital Marketing & Revenue Growth – (Hospital Experience Mandatory 3 to 5 Years)
Job Role / Responsibilities
- Design and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn) and unpaid campaigns (SEO, organic social media, email marketing).
- Drive patient acquisition, service promotion, and hospital brand visibility through digital channels.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase reach and conversions.
- Track and report ROI, revenue impact, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with hospital management, finance, and operations teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
- Innovate with referral programs, influencer partnerships, and digital outreach tailored to healthcare audiences.
Candidate Requirements
- Hospital experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM dashboards).
- Proven ability to run both paid and unpaid campaigns with measurable revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
