The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase visibility, traffic, leads, and conversions for our products. This role will manage SEO, Google Ads campaigns, and social media marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable growth.
- Key Responsibilities1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blog content, and landing pages.
- Manage technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, schema, etc.).
- Monitor rankings and performance using Google Search Console and analytics tools.
- Coordinate content creation for SEO-driven topics.
- 2. Google Ads / Paid AdvertisingPlan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).
- Perform keyword bidding strategies and campaign optimization.
- Monitor and improve CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Track campaign ROI and adjust budgets accordingly.
- 3. Social Media MarketingPlan and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, you tube Facebook, X).
- Manage content calendars and post scheduling.
- Create engaging posts, campaigns, and promotions.
- Run paid social campaigns for lead generation or product promotion.
- Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth.
- 4. Analytics & ReportingTrack marketing KPIs: traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, ROI.
- Use tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Google Search Console
- Produce weekly marketing performance reports.
- 5. Growth & OptimizationTest new marketing channels and growth experiments.
- Improve conversion funnels and landing pages.
- Coordinate with product and sales teams to align messaging.
- Required SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Social media campaign management
- Landing page optimization
- Marketing analytics and reporting
- Email Marketing is a plus
- Basic understanding of HTML/CMS is a plus
Tools Experience
Experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Hootsuite or Buffer
- Meta Ads Manager
- Experience Requirements3–5 years in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Proven experience generating leads or sales through digital channels
- Experience with B2B SaaS marketing (preferred)
