Job Title : Digital Marketing Coach Department: Digital Marketing Reports to : Program Lead Location : Bangalore CTC : 4.5 ? 6 LPA (based on experience and domain expertise) Role Overview This is a full-time coaching role for the MyCaptain Digital Marketing Pro program. The role focuses on delivering live training, mentoring learners, reviewing projects, and enabling them to become job-ready in digital marketing. The coach will work closely with learners across their journey from fundamentals to placement preparation. Basic Qualifications ? 2?5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing across Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing ? Proven experience working with real clients, campaigns, or brands ? Strong understanding of content, organic growth, paid ads, and marketing funnels ? Excellent communication and presentation skills ? Ability to simplify concepts and teach in a structured, engaging manner ? Bachelor?s degree in any relevant field (preferred but not mandatory) ? Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is an added advantage Key Responsibilities ? Deliver live classes covering Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Performance Marketing concepts and tools ? Guide learners through end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy to optimization ? Conduct 1:1 doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized mentorship ? Review learner assignments, projects, and portfolios with actionable feedback ? Support learners in building strong, industry-ready marketing portfolios ? Conduct mock interview sessions and prepare learners for real job interviews ? Assist learners in understanding real-world marketing problems and solving them using structured approaches ? Collaborate with Program Managers to improve learner experience and outcomes ? Work with the Content team to continuously upgrade curriculum based on industry trends What You?ll Be Doing Day-to-Day ? Taking live sessions and workshops ? Reviewing projects and assignments ? Mentoring learners through doubts and career questions ? Supporting interview prep and placement readiness ? Staying updated with current digital marketing trends and tools Ideal Candidate ? Has executed real campaigns and understands what works in the market ? Can break down complex marketing concepts into simple, actionable steps ? Is learner-first and outcome-focused ? Is comfortable being on calls, taking sessions, and interacting regularly with learners
