Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Client Strategy Manager with 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign management. The candidate should be capable of independently handling client accounts, executing digital campaigns, and coordinating with private and government sector clients.
Experience Required
· 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Operations, or Client Servicing.
· Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaign execution.
· Experience handling multiple client accounts and campaign coordination.
· Experience in social media marketing, online reputation management, and content coordination.
· Prior exposure to government projects or corporate client handling will be an added advantage.
· Experience in proposal preparation, presentations, and client communication preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing campaigns.
· Manage social media optimization (SMO) and content calendars.
· Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers for campaign creatives.
· Handle client communication, presentations, and account management.
· Prepare marketing proposals, PPTs, and campaign strategies.
· Monitor and manage online reputation and Google reviews.
· Coordinate government projects and maintain professional communication.
· Manage billing coordination and payment follow-ups with clients.
· Ensure timely execution of campaigns and reporting.
