Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Digital Marketing Client Servicing professional. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to fulfill client needs efficiently. The role requires active engagement in understanding client requirements, aligning them with company services, and optimizing the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing to effectively manage relationships and build trust with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for maintaining clear and professional correspondence with clients and team members
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction by actively resolving client concerns and consistently delivering value
- Basic understanding of Finance to manage budgets, assist clients with finance-related inquiries, and ensure billing accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects efficiently
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies is a plus
- Experinece in Digital Marketing SEO SMM Peroformance Marketing and content creation
- Experience in client servicing or account management is highly preferred
