About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves creating content, and is eager to turn their passion into a professional career.
Whether you are a recent college graduate, a self-taught content creator, or someone with 1–2 years of experience, if you have a genuine interest in digital marketing, short-form video content, and growing online audiences, we want to hear from you. This is a multi-client role combining content creation with proactive business outreach, with a primary focus on the American market. You will need to understand US trends and communication styles to create content that truly resonates.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Produce and edit short-form promotional videos using AI tools and video editing software
- Create music-backed, trend-driven videos to maximise audience engagement
- Manage posting schedules, monitor performance, and maintain account consistency
- Develop and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Adapt content tone and messaging to suit different client accounts and audiences
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Conduct professional cold calls to prospective clients and business contacts
- Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to move leads through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, calls, and appointments
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at growing the client base
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A genuine passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook — how they work and what performs well
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Fluent and confident English communication skills — spoken and written — suitable for the American market
- Comfortable with cold calling and professional client communication
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently from home
- Must be India-based with a stable internet connection and a suitable home working setup
- Fresh graduates and self-taught marketers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience running Facebook and Instagram paid ads
- Background in appointment setting, telesales, or business development
- Familiarity with AI content and video creation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI video platforms)
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting
- Experience in a multi-client or agency environment
