We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to manage campaigns for US-based clients and generate high-quality leads through smart, data-driven strategies.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Plan, run, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
Set up and manage CRM automation workflows (HubSpot or similar)
Build and optimise email marketing campaigns and lead funnels
Track and analyse performance using GA4 and other tools
Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting assets
Continuously improve campaign performance and ROI
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
Experience with CRM automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
Good understanding of analytics, reporting, and optimisation
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
Experience in funnel building and automation workflows
Exposure to AI-based tools for marketing or lead handling
