Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3 years of experience to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, online marketing tools, and the real estate customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing) to maximize ROI
Handle SEO and improve website rankings and organic traffic
Manage social media pages and create engaging content
Coordinate with designers and content writers for creatives and campaign assets
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
Maintain and update website content (projects, landing pages, blogs)
Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Track competitor activities and market trends in the real estate sector
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM
Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Basic understanding of website management (WordPress preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate marketing campaigns
Knowledge of landing page optimization tools
Understanding of local property markets in Gurugram
