Role Description
Glazing Genius is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist for an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing and executing social media strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web data and metrics, and overseeing online marketing activities. The position also includes consistent communication with teams and stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies and tools
- Expertise in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to analyze and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with SEO practices and content marketing is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in international business marketing is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
· Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and newsletters
· Write compelling copy tailored for exporters, corporates, startups, and businesses
· Design creatives, infographics, carousels, and short-form videos
· Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
Social Media & Campaign Support
· Manage and contribute content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
· Repurpose content into multiple formats (posts, stories, reels, blogs)
· Support ongoing digital marketing and branding campaigns
Market Research & Trend Analysis
· Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences
· Identify trending formats, hashtags, and viral content opportunities
· Benchmark content ideas using global brand references
Performance Tracking & Optimization
· Monitor content performance and engagement metrics
· Analyze insights and suggest improvements for reach and engagement
· Assist in optimizing content using basic SEO and hashtag strategies
Experience Required
Internship or experience , 6 months–1 year in Digital Marketing .
