- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, email, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with lead quality, conversion goals, and business priorities.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, agencies, and internal teams for ads, posts, reels, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
- Prepare and manage emails, newsletters, promotional messages, and customer communication campaigns.
- Launch promotional offers, events, and lead-generation campaigns to attract new customers.
- Optimize website pages and landing pages to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Support SEO activities such as keyword planning, content optimization, and internal linking.
- Follow best practices for social media marketing across different platforms.
- Track key metrics such as leads, cost per lead, CTR, conversion rate, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and suggest practical improvements.
- Guide junior team members or coordinate with external agencies where required.
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
- Good understanding of lead generation, landing pages, and campaign funnels.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and make optimization recommendations.
- Strong coordination skills with sales, design, content, and tech teams.
- Good communication, copy-review, and reporting skills.
- Team handling or campaign ownership experience will be an added advantage.
