The D2C Ecommerce Growth Manager will own the entire website business for CHANAK, including:
- Shopify store performance
- Customer acquisition
- Conversion optimization
- Influencer and content marketing
- Retention and lifecycle marketing
- Agency coordination & Analytics and revenue growth
- This role requires a hands-on builder who can think strategically and execute fast.
Key Responsibilities – D2C Business Ownership
- Own the complete D2C growth roadmap for the CHANAK website
- Drive monthly revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition
- Build a roadmap to scale from ₹10–20L/month to ₹3–4Cr/month
- Plan product launches, campaigns, seasonal sales, and growth experiments
- Track and improve key metrics: Revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, LTV
- Shopify Storefront & Conversion Optimization
- Own and manage the Shopify storefront
- Improve UX, product pages, landing pages, collections, bundles, and checkout
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Implement Shopify apps, tools, and automation systems
- Improve website speed, mobile UX, and checkout experience
- Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Lead Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels
- Work with performance agencies to drive profitable growth
- Manage campaign strategy, creatives, testing, and optimization
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion funnels, and landing pages
- Build a scalable acquisition engine
- Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Build and manage mom influencer and parenting creator partnerships
- Run UGC campaigns and creator collaborations
- Coordinate with influencer agencies and creators
- Convert creator content into performance ads and website traffic
- Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build Email, WhatsApp, and SMS automation flows
- Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
- Create lifecycle journeys, including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase engagement, loyalty, and referral programs
- Brand, Content & Storytelling
- Translate CHANAK’s brand positioning into website storytelling
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing agencies
- Ensure strong brand consistency across ads, website, and communication
- Drive content strategy for the website and campaigns
- Offers, Bundles & Merchandising
- Design bundles, kits, and product combinations
- Create offer strategies that improve AOV and conversions
- Optimize pricing perception without heavy discounting
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate with inventory, operations, logistics, and finance teams
- Align campaigns with stock planning and fulfillment capacity
- Work with marketplace teams to ensure brand consistency
- Analytics & Growth Dashboard
- Track and report key D2C metrics, including:
- Build dashboards and drive data-led decision making
- Revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, Conversion Rate, Repeat Rate, Contribution Margin
- Run weekly growth reviews with founders
