Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Digital Marketing role based in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute social media marketing strategies, manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, and leverage web analytics tools to analyze and improve digital performance. .We need a creative, digitally savvy, and execution-focused marketing professional who can manage our entire digital presence, drive PR activities, create compelling content, and organize high-impact events and roadshows. This role is equal parts strategy and execution — you will own our voice online and offline.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or PR, preferably in financial
- services, media, events, or startups
- Proven ability to create content that engages professional and business audiences, particularly
- on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and running paid campaigns across
- Meta, LinkedIn, and Google and proficient with AI tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English; working knowledge of Hindi is an advantage
- Experience in event planning and execution from intimate networking dinners to large-format
- conferences or roadshows
- Creative thinker with an eye for design, video storytelling, and brand aesthetics
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights,
- LinkedIn Analytics) to optimise campaigns
- Experience in the financial or corporate advisory domain is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
