We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic digital marketing associate with 0–2 years of experience to support and grow our paid marketing efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn performance marketing, and looking to build a long-term career in paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, launching, and managing advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Support campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure campaigns are running efficiently.
- Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Assist in creating and testing ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor campaigns and suggest optimization opportunities.
- Assist in audience testing, creative testing, and bid optimization.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices.
